We recently had the opportunity to help celebrate philanthropy in Sioux Falls, by catering a huge holiday event (825 guests).

Festive venue and European Cheese Platter:
assorted imported delicate cheeses served with an attractive arrangement of gourmet crackers, Marcona almonds, candied walnuts, dried fruits, gourmet olives, fresh fruit & berries

Smoked Salmon & Smoked Mousse:
whole side of salmon sliced and served with crackers, assorted breads including brioche toast points, lemons, onions, cream cheese, and caper sauce
Shrimp Cocktail (Gluten Free):
jumbo shrimp served chilled with classic cocktail sauce
Stuffed Mushrooms & Grape Truffles:
mushrooms filled with a blend of cheeses including Feta cheese, herbs, & spinach topped with cranberry and goat cheese & grape truffles rolled in pistachios
Winter White Vegetable Platter:
assorted white vegetables including white asparagus, parsnips, roasted fingerling potatoes, cauliflower, baby white carrots with stems, roasted jicama, water chestnuts, Belgian endive. etc. & then served with gourmet dipping sauces (avocado, hummus, Roannaise vinaigrette, & creamy honey herb)
